中國傳媒聯(lián)盟 據(jù) 中商網(wǎng) 訊：范韜，男，1987年11月出生，山東日照人，幼年曾受父親作畫熏陶，始觸文墨。2005年12月應(yīng)征入伍，成為一名解放軍戰(zhàn)士。服役期間，他利用工作間隙積極自學(xué)繪畫，漸漸成長為一名軍旅書畫家。先后就讀于清華大學(xué)美術(shù)學(xué)院花鳥研修班，北京大學(xué)藝術(shù)學(xué)院李翔研究生課程班，中國美院宋畫臨摹班，作品多次被解放軍報、解放軍畫報等報刊刊載，多次舉辦個人書畫展，現(xiàn)為中國第十五批赴南蘇丹瓦烏維和工兵程兵大隊(duì)?wèi)?zhàn)士。

　　美麗國度

　　非洲東北部，基涅提山下，尼羅河水流潺潺，一個古老的文明就躺在這塊肥沃的土地上，尼格羅人用雙手建起自己的家園，穩(wěn)定的部族延續(xù)了幾千年。這里植被茂密、物產(chǎn)豐富，花鳥草木、物競天擇，人們稍作簡耕、悠然放牧，就可安享勞動果實(shí)和大自然豐厚的饋贈，如生來就在一片樂土，生活就如此簡單，這個美麗的國度叫南蘇丹。

　　A Beautiful country

　　In the northeastern part of Africa, under the mountains of Kinete, the Nile flows quietly, and an ancient civilization is lying on this piece of fertile land. The Negro people built their homeland with own hands, and the stable tribal culture lasts for thousands of years. There are rich vegetation, rich products, rich sauce of animals in this land where people can enjoy the fruits of labor and nature rich giftjust by slightly till the farming and leisurely grazing, such as born in a paradise. Life is so simple, this beautiful country named South Sudan.

　　難民生活

　　近三個世紀(jì)的戰(zhàn)亂，再無安祥寧靜可言，這個美麗的國度至今還在飽受苦難，多少沃土燒成焦土，多少生靈遭受涂炭，多少孩童婦女失去了快樂容顏，大批民眾被迫離開故土家園，從居民變?yōu)榱髅瘢瑥牧髅駵S為難民，在擁擠的難民營里，在簡陋的鐵絲網(wǎng)內(nèi)，祈求短暫的平安。

　　The life of IDPs

　　Nearly three centuries of warfare, there is no peace and serenity at all, this beautiful country is still suffering, with countless fertile soil becoming burning scorched earth, innumerable creatures suffered from disaster, children and women lost their happy faces, thousands of people were forced to leave their homeland, descending into IDPs, they live in the crowded POC, inside concertina wires, only to pray for instant peace.

　　和平使者

　　有一群人，頭戴藍(lán)盔、領(lǐng)系藍(lán)巾，從世界各地來到這里，為和平呼吁斡旋，為生靈扶困幫難，修路架橋恢復(fù)社會重建，辛苦付出每一天。長巡路上，歷盡千難萬險，難民營里，日夜維護(hù)治安，疾病面前，勇敢堅守一線，施工場地，哪管揚(yáng)塵似狼煙。他們有一個共同的心愿，為保一方平安，為和平早日實(shí)現(xiàn)，為難民重返牧場和田園。

　　Messenger of Peace

　　A group of people, who wearing blue helmet and blue silk scarf, gathered from all over the world, they mediated for the peace and assisted the poor, renovated roads to rebuild the society, no matter how hard they work. On the way of LDP, they went through thousands of hardships; on duty in POC, they maintain he order and peace day and night; in front of disease, they bravely adhere to the fist site; at the construction site, they never stop working in spite of heavy dusts. They have a joint wish for the extinguishment of war, the realization of peace, and the IDPs’ return to their pastures and fields.

　　夢想家園

　　夢想之所以渴望，是因?yàn)樗袚?dān)著夙愿，和平之所以可貴，是因?yàn)樗x開得太遙遠(yuǎn)，正如旱季的非洲，烈日炎炎，牛羊躲去不見，枯草也被蒸出水煙，太需要一場久違的大雨，滋潤這饑渴的地田。中國自古以來提倡“和為天下先”，燦爛文明傳承五千年，一如這丹青繡像，安靜、祥和、樸素、淡恬，一切的表達(dá)盡在這或濃或淡、或彩或青的水墨間。戰(zhàn)亂，帶不來久違的甘甜，和平，才是人類共同的夢想家園。

　　The home of dream

　　The dream is aspiring because it bears hope; the peace is precious because it disappeared for so long times. Just as the dry season of Africa, sun is scorching the land, cattle and sheep hide for shelter, and hays are steamed. Everything is thirsty for a carefree rain to moisten the dry terrain. China initiates that “peace is the first priority in the world” since the ancient times，the brilliant civilization lasts for 5000 years, as well as the these painting and calligraphy, being quiet, peaceful, simple and light. All the treasures are expressed by these or thick or light, or color or black-white paintings. Warfare, it can’t bring any happiness, it is peace that holds the joint dream home of dream of humans.
